1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Global Ticket website at global-ticket.co (the "Site"), purchasing tickets, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Site.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase any tickets through it. Your continued use of the Site following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. About Global Ticket
Global Ticket ("we", "us", "our") is an online event ticketing platform operating at global-ticket.co. We act as a ticketing agent and intermediary between event organisers ("Promoters") and ticket buyers ("Customers"). We are based in Cyprus and serve events across Cyprus and the wider region.
Global Ticket is not the organiser or promoter of the events listed on the Site. The Promoter is solely responsible for the event itself, its content, conduct, and any changes or cancellations to it.
3. User Accounts
You may browse the Site without creating an account. To purchase tickets, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your name and email address.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must ensure all information you provide to us is accurate, current and complete.
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets on the Site.
- You may not create accounts using automated methods or create multiple accounts for abusive purposes.
- Global Ticket reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Ticket Purchases
When you purchase a ticket through global-ticket.co, you are entering into a contract of purchase with Global Ticket acting as the authorised sales agent for the Promoter.
- All ticket prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- A booking fee or service charge may be added to the face value of tickets during checkout.
- Ticket availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed and payment is processed successfully.
- Global Ticket reserves the right to limit the number of tickets purchased per person or per household to prevent bulk-buying or resale.
- Tickets purchased through Global Ticket are for personal use only. Unauthorised resale of tickets at a price above face value may be unlawful and will result in cancellation of the tickets without refund.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed your order and that all details — including event, date, time, venue, and ticket type — are correct. We strongly advise you to verify all details before confirming your purchase.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
⚠️ Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. No refunds will be issued after this period under any circumstances. Additionally, a refund will only be considered if the ticket has not been used, scanned or presented at the event venue. Once a ticket has been used or scanned, it is non-refundable regardless of when the request is made.
General Rule: All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket has been purchased, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded except in the specific circumstances set out below.
Refunds within 48 hours of purchase: If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us at support@global-ticket.co within 48 hours of completing your purchase. Refund requests made after this 48-hour window will not be accepted under any circumstances, including change of plans, inability to attend, or other personal reasons.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Requests made more than 48 hours after the time of purchase.
- Tickets that have already been used, scanned or presented at the event venue — once a ticket has been scanned it is considered redeemed and is non-refundable.
- Failure to attend the event ("no-shows").
- Loss, theft or damage of e-tickets after delivery.
- Personal circumstances such as illness, travel disruption, or change of plans.
- Dissatisfaction with the event performance, lineup changes, or supporting acts.
- Venue or event changes that do not constitute a cancellation.
- Service charges, booking fees, and delivery fees — these are non-refundable in all cases.
Event cancellation by the Promoter: If an event is cancelled by the Promoter and is not rescheduled, you will be entitled to a refund of the face value of your ticket. Service charges and booking fees are non-refundable in this case. We will contact you using the email address on your order.
Postponed or rescheduled events: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds for postponed events are at the discretion of the Promoter and may not always be available. If a refund is offered for a postponed event, this will be communicated to you directly.
How to request a refund: Email support@global-ticket.co within 48 hours of purchase with your order number, the name on the booking, and the reason for the request. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
6. Ticket Delivery
All tickets purchased through global-ticket.co are delivered electronically as e-tickets to the email address provided at checkout. Physical tickets are not issued.
- You should receive your e-tickets by email within a few minutes of completing your purchase. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive them.
- If you have not received your tickets within 24 hours, please contact us at support@global-ticket.co.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided at checkout is correct. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address.
- You must present your e-ticket (printed or on a mobile device) at the event venue for scanning. Admission may be refused if the ticket cannot be scanned.
- E-tickets are unique and contain a barcode or QR code. Do not share your ticket publicly. Global Ticket accepts no responsibility for tickets that have been duplicated or used by an unauthorised person.
7. User Conduct
By using the Site, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.
- Use automated tools, bots or scripts to purchase tickets or access the Site.
- Resell tickets purchased through the Site for a profit without prior written consent from Global Ticket.
- Provide false information when registering or completing a purchase.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Site.
- Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
Violation of these conditions may result in cancellation of your tickets, suspension of your account, and/or legal action where appropriate.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Global Ticket website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, event listings and software — is the property of Global Ticket or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without prior written permission from Global Ticket.
9. Limitation of Liability
Global Ticket acts solely as a ticketing agent and intermediary. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Global Ticket is not responsible for the conduct, quality, safety or cancellation of any event.
- Global Ticket is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of the Site or from attendance at any event.
- Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.
- Global Ticket does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site. Maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control may affect availability.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We will only use your personal information for the purposes of processing your ticket orders, communicating with you about your bookings, and (with your consent) sending you marketing communications about events you may be interested in.
11. Changes to These Terms
Global Ticket reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. The date at the top of this page will reflect when the Terms were last updated.
Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
