Frequently asked questions
How do I receive my tickets?
After completing your purchase you'll receive an email with your e-tickets as a PDF attachment. Simply show the QR code at the door — no printing required.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase and only if the ticket has not been used, scanned or presented at the venue. Email support@global-ticket.co with your order number. No refunds are issued after 48 hours or once a ticket has been used. If an event is cancelled, a full face-value refund will be processed automatically.
I haven't received my tickets — what do I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If they're not there, email us at support@global-ticket.co with your order number and we'll resend them immediately.
Can I transfer tickets to someone else?
Yes — in most cases tickets are transferable. Simply forward the e-ticket email to the person attending. Some events may have name-check policies.
How do I list my event?

Is my payment secure?
Yes — all payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments with full SSL encryption. We never store your card details.
